Can you handle a big project?

For small projects I work alone. On big project I will work with my own team of programmers. I am a technical leader and will be responsible for managing the project and assigning tasks to one or more programmers. All programmers are supervised by me.

How do my clients control the projects progress?

After analyzing your particular requirements, I will present you our free preliminary review. You do have full control over the development by checking my weekly report including the work completed that week and the work plan for the next week. This ensures there will be no unpleasant surprises at the end of the development. My workflow is aimed at quality and only quality. You will have preliminary versions of the software installed at your location for internal testing, verification and acceptance. During the 6-month warranty period after the software was installed in production mode, any problem in the code will be corrected free of charge.

How can I be sure in your productivity and that you don't overcharge me?

Firstly, I will make the projects schedule and preliminary review according to your module specifications. Then I am going to submit the workload schedule for your reference. You will monitor every phase of development. Every phase has material results that you can see and review. Every Monday I will provide Time Report and every 2 days with Status Reporting. The complete scope of the work is defined at the initial phase of development and approved by you before I start.

What programming experience do you have?

I have done work on almost all technologies and can provide computer programming for all Windows platforms and e-com or database driven websites. The technologies list includes PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Oracle, Developer 2000, CGI/Perl, ASP, JSP, HTML, DHTML, C++. I have developed expertise with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and Access databases and PHP, Visual Basic, Developer 2000 like languages and programming tools.
